Given our decision to travel in a 22½’ Supreme Executive semi-off road caravan our choice of tow vehicle was narrowed down to the handful of vehicles that are rated for 3.5 tonnes. It was a no brainer that we opted straight for the Toyota Landcruiser 200 series.
We took delivery of our Landcruiser on 18th July 2019, which gives us a year to bed it in and get everything sorted before we take on the Grand Tour. Since we’ll be going everywhere we can in Australia we have added quite a few options to our vehicle with a couple more coming before we set off in 2020. The final options will add approximately 25% to the purchase price.
